1 The refrigerant suddenly drops to 20C after the pressure is released. When the ultra-low temperature liquid refrigerant flows into the endothermic evaporator, it encounters about 20°C air. Through air heat transfer (temperature difference :40C), the temperature of the ultra-low temperature refrigerant rises to 20°C after absorbing air heat.
2. The refrigerant with a temperature of 20C enters the high temperature compressor for pressurization and heating, and becomes a high temperature and high pressure 80C gaseous discharge compressor into the heat exchanger.
3. At a temperature of 80°C, the vaporizing refrigerant transfers heat energy to low temperature cold water in the heat exchanger, making it become about 60C domestic hot water pumped into the thermal insulation water tank through the circulation pump for storage and use. After the heat release of the high temperature refrigerant, it becomes a high-pressure liquid
4 High-pressure liquid refrigeration after the expansion valve throttling and reducing pressure and then into low-pressure liquid, so that it once again into the evaporator heat absorption work
5, according to the principle of inverse Carnot cycle, the compressor constantly repeated cycle work, the whole process is the process of heat transport, as long as the use of one degree of electricity to drive the compressor operation, you can absorb from the air to the equivalent of 3 degrees to 6 degrees of electricity generated by the heat transfer to the water, energy saving, safety effect is very obvious
